Our quizzes will only allow the final score to be shown at the end, and not the answers. Fortunately, these quizzes and final exams can be taken as many times as you would like. We also offer workbooks located at the end of each course, located right under each review quiz. These workbooks contain the questions and answers to the quizzes that you may refer to whenever in doubt about the correct answer and would like to compare to see which questions you missed and which ones you answered correctly.
The courses were developed to be detailed and independent study, created to include as much detail as possible so that our users can train and succeed with their studies. However, if you wish or feel the need to have additional help directly from our instructors, we offer a 12 Months LIVE Instructor Support Package that you can purchase as an additional study aid. The Live Instructor Support Package will allow you to communicate directly with mentors and ask them questions on the content you need help with. We do not have an app. However, our website is mobile friendly (Android and iOS) and can be accessed by any mobile device.
You will need to view all of the content of the courses in the series. At the end of each course you will be given a review quiz, and at the end of each course series you will be given a final exam. You will have to pass both the quizzes and the exam with a score of 80 or higher in order to pass and receive the certificate of completion.
Managing Your Membership

Once you are logged in, you will be able to change your password again to one that you prefer.
Once you are logged into your account, you can change your password again by going to “My Membership” > “Manage My Profile” > “Edit Bio”. Once there, please click on the link that says “change” next to password and scroll down to save your changes.
To view your membership information, log into your account and click on the “Membership Info” link beneath the “My Profile” section.
Once you are logged in, click on “Manage Profile” and then select “Preferences”. From here you can set your notification email preferences.
Reactivating or Cancelling Your Membership
To return to our service, simply log into your expired membership account. You will be directed to a webpage that explains your expired status. From here, click on “Securely Renew Your Membership Now”, and then enter in your payment information. Your membership will be reactivated upon receipt of your membership dues.
In order to cancel the auto-renewal on your account, please log into your account and go to “My Membership” on the far right near the top of the page on the blue banner, then click on “Manage My Membership”. Once you are on that page, you will see two invoices, one that says “Closed” and one that says “Open (Awaiting-Auto Bill)”.
Your membership will remain active and all member benefits will remain intact until your existing expiration date. Once your expiration date is reached, all access to member services will be restricted.

If you are a current member and have provided up-to-date payment information in your account, your membership will automatically renew once your membership hits its current expiration date. You may cancel this service at any time within your membership active period.

Which payment method other than a credit card could I use to pay for the annual membership? I live in a country where banking services are very limited and do not have a credit card. Also, could I have a relative/friend of mine use their credit card to pay for my membership?
At this time we can only accept a card payment to join our membership. This can be a credit card or debit card from American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. It is up to your relative/friend if they would pay for your account.
You will be locked in at the rate that you signed up at.
When you are signed in to your membership account you will have 2 invoices listed. One that says “Closed” and one that says “Open (Awaiting-Auto Bill)”. The closed invoice represents the year that you already paid for, and the open invoice represents the auto-renewal. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal, simply click on the red X located to the left of the open invoice. Once you click on the red X, a small window is going to show up asking if you want to confirm you would like to cancel the auto-renewal. Just click on “Ok” to proceed.

A Certificate of Completion verifies that you have fully completed and passed a course series.
Once you complete a course series, and successfully pass its Final Exam, you will be able to print a Certificate of Completion. This Certificate will state which course series you have completed, and the date of completion.
Once logged into your account, hover over “My Membership” and click on the tab titled “My Certificates” to see your Certificates of Completion.

The minimum passing score is 80. Quizzes and final exams can be taken as many times as needed or desired.
You can retake the courses, quizzes and final exams as many times as you would like or need – we do not impose a limit.

Our courses are online, video-based which are presented by our expert instructors. We include lectures, demonstrations, and PowerPoint visuals to present the content.
We do not have a schedule for our courses as they are online videos and not live. Our courses are all online and as a member, you can conveniently access these independent, self-paced courses at any time of day. Our training includes videos lectures by our expert instructors, demonstrations, and PowerPoint visuals. There is a review quiz for each course and a final exam for each course series. You do not need to complete a course, quiz or final exam by a certain time or date.
No. All of our courses are developed to prepare you for the specific certification exams. Once you complete a course series, we will provide you a certificate of completion that stands as proof that you completed and passed our training, but it does not certify you. Career Academy does not provide certification exams. After completing our courses you should be prepared to take the certification exams with a separate provider.
If you stop in the middle of a video it will not start again from where you left off. You will need to manually move the play bar to where you left off.

Our CISSP course has been developed by Mile2 and it is meant to be taken with the CISSO course to fully prepare you to take the CISSP exam. I would suggest starting with the CISSO course, then move onto the CISSP course to fully encompass all exam topics.
