CareerAcademy.com Inc provides a simple upgrade policy for all of its
qualified training products. Free upgrades apply to CareerAcademy courses
only. Third party products are excluded.
When Does My Free Upgrade Period Expire?
One year from the date of purchase of your original qualified purchase. You
will continue to receive support on your original product as long as it
remains an active course on our website.
How do I Get My Free Upgrades?
Getting a free upgrade is as easy as ordering your original course. Just

If you're not sure whether a new version is covered under the free upgrade
policy just contact customer service and they can check for you.
Upgrades are available for the following reasons:
Your current course has had its official exam retired and a new version
is available within your upgrade period.
- A new version has been made available and Career Academy has
retired and removed the previous version from its web site.
- Career Academy has pulled a current version and replaced it with an
updated version of the same course.
- If a higher category product is released Career Academy.com Inc. at
its discretion may provide you with a credit for the amount previously
purchased towards the new upgrade.
