Q: Need more information about these exams & cost etc?
A: These exams are written by Microsoft/Cisco/Comptia/Oracle depending on the cert you are pursuing. Upon passing the exam (s) you will receive official recognition of certification from Microsoft/Cisco/Comptia/Oracle and are able to use their cert log on your business correspondences and such.

Each exam is computer based and supervised at an authorized Prometix testing center and usually runs 1-1.5 hours. The cost is $125 for Microsoft exams and $100 for Cisco CCNA. Sylvan ( http://www.prometric.com ) can give you the exact details.

Q: How long before I am ready to pass a certification exam ?
A: How long it will take to be ready to pass a certification exam depends on how much time you are able to study per day and your prior knowledge level. It can vary between a couple weeks to a couple months.
