If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with
our computer training DVD/CD-ROMs or videos, you can return it within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund. (shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.)
How to return a training course:
- Contact a Customer Service Representative at
800-80-Study to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Or
email support@CareerAcademy.com.
- Once you have obtained this RMA number place
it clearly on the outside of the returning package to ensure prompt
processing.*
- Return to CareerAcademy.com for a full refund.
* Each return must be sent to us within 30 days
of the invoice date, and must be in like-new condition. CareerAcademy.com
reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where
more than 50% of the DVD/CD-ROMs have been opened.
* eLearning Online courses and eLabs can also be returned within 30 days of
purchase for training credit. Credits can be used towards any of our DVD/CD-ROM or
video training programs.

YES! We guarantee you will pass your certification exams! If the registered user
fails the certification exam twice after using our study material - showing us 2
scores of 95% or better on two different MeasureUp practice exams, within 180
days of purchase and can show proof of two failures for the certification exam,
the product may be returned for the full purchase price less shipping and
handling charges.
Return Products must be in good and working

Shipping Policy
Domestic
Available shipping methods are: DHL Ground and DHL 2nd Day Air and Next Day
Air. Please choose your preferred shipping methods accordingly. All orders will
be shipped within the next business day. Tracking information will be forwarded
to you as soon as it become available.
International
We have Video Formats: NTSC (North America), PAL (European), or SECAM. Please
select DHL International Shipping as your shipping method. DHL international
shipping charges will be added at cost to your total when your order is
processed. Please also note that DHL will collect import duties/taxes required
by your country when delivering your package. Please allow 5 to 7 business days
for delivery - depending upon location. Tracking information will be forwarded
to you as soon as it become available.
Free One Year Upgrade Policy
Career Academy.com Inc provides a simple upgrade policy for all of its qualified training products.
When Does My Free Upgrade Period Expire?
One year from the date of shipment of your original qualified purchase. You will continue to receive support
on your original product as long as it remains an active course on our website.
How do I Get My Free Upgrades?
Getting a free upgrade is as easy as ordering your original course. Just contact the customer
service department at 1-781-453-3900 x 203 or e-mail
customerservice@CareerAcademy.com and provide your invoice number from your qualified purchase for verification. Qualified
upgrades will be sent out and you will be charged shipping only.
What Is A Qualified Upgrade?
If you're not sure whether a new version is covered under the free upgrade policy just contact customer service
and they can check for you.
Upgrades are available for the following reasons:
- Your current course has had its official exam retired and a new version is available
within your upgrade period.
- A new version has been made available and Career Academy has retired and removed the previous
version from its web site.
- Career Academy has pulled a current version and replaced it with an updated version of the same course.
- If a higher category product is released Career Academy.com Inc. at its discretion may provide
you with a credit for the amount previously purchased towards the new upgrade.

CareerAcademy.com will reimburse you for your maximum liability, up to
fifty dollars ($US50.00), provided that the unauthorized use of your credit card
resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at CareerAcademy.com
while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit
card, you must notify your credit card issuer in accordance with its rules and
procedures.
