Erin Olsen - M.Ed.
Erin Olsen has been involved in the computer
training industry for over 15 years. She founded Powerhouse Publishing, a desktop publishing company and
when software and printers reached a point where many people could produce their own quality graphic
designs, Erin transferred her skills to the training realm in order to teach people how to use the
technology they had available. She combines her formal education in IT and Education with her technical
expertise, real-world experience and understanding of adult learning to present technical topics and
critical design concepts in an easy-to-understand, engaging way.
